  • Our Rates

    With our client tenure three to four times the national averages and a long-term view of client relationships, we do not feel a need to make a large profit up front, rather we have found success in working within smaller margins for long-term periods.

    Our rates are among the lowest in the national staffing industry while our consultants are the best of the breed. In case of permanent hiring, our fees range from 15% to 25%, which is based on annual contract and placement volume. Our mark-ups for contract hiring are not more than 15% to 25%. We are willing to provide further discount to our clients based on individual client's economic needs and budget constraints.

    Our Terms of Payment
    We have divided our direct hiring fee in four (4) convenient installments spread over a period of 90 days. You do not have to pay for our contingency searches, and until you decide to hire the qualified consultant. Once a hiring decision is made, the first installment of 25% permanent placement fee is deemed earned and becomes due at the time of hiring. Additional 3 installments of 25% each are deemed earned and due at 30, 60, and 90 days intervals after professional's start date.
